PER CURIAM.

Inasmuch as the plaintiff-appellee did not appeal the order of dismissal within thirty (30) days of the rendition thereof, the trial court lost jurisdiction to reinstate the complaint.1

The order granting the motion to set aside the order of dismissal is hereby reversed.
