PER CURIAM.

The order denying appellant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed without prejudice to appellant’s right to seek full appellate review of his judgment of conviction and sentence on charges of robbery in accordance with the principles set forth by the Supreme Court in Hollingshead v. Wainwright, 194 So.2d 577 (Fla. 1967).
