PER CURIAM.

The briefs and record on appeal having been fully considered, and appellants having failed to demonstrate reversible error, the order of the lower court awarding attorneys’ fees and costs, dated July 24, 1972, is affirmed. Appellee’s motion for allowance of attorneys’ fees for this appeal is granted, and the cause is remanded to the trial court for a determination of a reasonable attorneys’ fee for the appellee.
