Elkins v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellant seeks reversal of his conviction in a jury trial on charges of first degree murder for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein. Our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no reversible error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence herein is affirmed.

SPECTOR, Acting C. J., and JOHNSON and BOYER, JJ., concur.
