Bullard v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

By petition for writ of common law cer-tiorari, petitioner seeks to quash the judgment of the Circuit Court of Duval County affirming the County Court’s judgment revoking probation. A full review of the original record in this cause does not reflect such a failure by the trial court or appellate court to observe the essential requirements of law that would justify the issuance of a writ of certiorari.

The petition is denied.

RAWLS, C. J., and SPECTOR and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
