PER CURIAM.

Petitioner filed a petition for writ of ha-beas corpus, whereupon the court entered its order commanding the respondent to show cause, if any, why the petitioner should not be granted full appellate review under the provisions of Baggett v. Wainwright, Fla., 229 So.2d 239.

Upon consideration of respondent’s response to the order to show cause, the petitioner’s petition is hereby

Denied.
