Goyer v. Hedrich

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have carefully examined the record on appeal and the briefs submitted by the parties in this appeal from a final judgment in favor of appellees. Upon our consideration thereof, we conclude that appellants have failed to demonstrate reversible error in the proceedings below in which appellants sought to foreclose under a contract for the sale of real property. Accordingly, the final judgment appealed herein is affirmed.

JOHNSON, Acting C. J., and SPEC-TOR and BOYER, JJ., concur.
