Johnson v. Olliff

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the petitioners’ petition for writ of prohibition, the brief in support thereof, respondent’s return to rule nisi and petitioners’ reply thereto, we are of the opinion that the petition fails to contain grounds or cause for the relief requested.

Accordingly, the petition for writ of prohibition is denied.
