The plaintiff appeals a judgment denying its motion for a deficiency judgment in *322a real estate foreclosure suit. The record abundantly supports the ruling of the trial judge, although he may have applied a mistaken standard for measurement of that discretion. We find the error harmless, and affirm. See Larsen v. Allocca, Fla.App.1966, 187 So.2d 903, for the standards properly applicable in such cases.
