Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the record on appeal and after due consideration of the briefs and oral argument we are of the opinion that the judgments in this consolidated appeal are affirmed except that the conviction of Robert Paul Sheley on Information No. 74-31 in Case No. 74-834 is reversed because of the insufficiency of the evidence.
