313 So. 2d 58; 1975 Fla. App. LEXIS 14861 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Carraway v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The record presents sufficient factual basis for appellant’s guilty plea. The trial court properly accepted the guilty plea in spite of appellant’s denial of guilt, North Carolina v. Alford, 400 U.S. 25, 91 S.Ct. 160, 27 L.Ed.2d 162 (1970). Affirmed.

OWEN, C. J., and WALDEN and DOWNEY, JJ., concur.
