Askew v. Slifka

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM,

This interlocutory appeal questions the correctness of a partial summary judgment rendered in favor of appellees.

*107A careful examination of the record on appeal conclusively establishes the absence of any genuine triable issue of a material fact and that appellees were entitled to partial summary judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, the interlocutory appeal is dismissed.

BOYER, Acting C. J., and MILLS and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
