316 So. 2d 302; 1975 Fla. App. LEXIS 14225 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

DeForest v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The evidence shows that prima facie proof of the corpus delicti was established, Williams v. State, 117 So.2d 548 (2d DCA *303Fla. 1960). The confession here was not tainted by the initial interrogation, made prior to any Miranda warnings, State v. Outten, 206 So.2d 392 (Fla. 1968).

Affirmed.

WALDEN, C. J., and CROSS and DOWNEY, JJ., concur.
