ORDERED, upon the petition for writ of habeas corpus, and the respondent’s return to the rule to show cause, that the writ is granted and respondent is directed to forthwith release petitioner from custody under any bond or bonds upon which petitioner was heretofore at liberty pending trial, and which bond or bonds are shown to be in full force and effect, Petitioner’s right to remain at liberty thereunder to be at all times subject to the provisions of Rule 3.130 RCrP.
