This Court having previously dismissed the above-styled petition for writ of certio-rari and petitioner having filed a Motion for Clarification, upon consideration, it is

Ordered that said Motion for Clarification be and the same is hereby granted and the order of dismissal entered on October 15, 1975, 322 So.2d 63, is hereby amended to be “without prejudice to petitioner’s asserting its administrative remedies by obtaining a ruling from the Public Employees Relations Commission.”
