Vandenberghe v. Poole

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the respective briefs filed by the parties and find that the appellant has not shown reversible error in the order appealed. The order appealed comes to this court clothed with the presumption of correctness. The eminent trial judge was correct in his rulings of law and the findings of the trial judge are supported by competent, substantial evidence.

Affirmed.

McNULTY, C. J., and HOBSON and SCHEB, JJ., concur.
