Spodek v. White

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed the record and appellant’s brief and find that appellant’s point on appeal is not supported by the record. The appellate point presented arises out of appellant’s affirmative defense as to which no competent evidence was adduced whatsoever.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
