Weaver v. Dr. Phillips, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 15, 1976 · Cross, Downey, Mager
330 So. 2d 495; 1976 Fla. App. LEXIS 15007 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Weaver v. Dr. Phillips, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The briefs and appendices in this cause demonstrate to us that the trial court was correct in granting the summary judgment appealed from. Appellant’s statements in his affidavit create only a paper issue completely refuted by the guaranty agreement, the assignments of lease signed by the appellant, and the other parts of the record.

Accordingly, the summary judgment appealed from is affirmed.

CROSS, MAGER and DOWNEY, JJ., concur.
