Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals a summary final judgment entered by the trial judge in favor of the defendant in an action for damages sustained on or about the premises of the defendant.

Prior to oral argument the defendant-ap-pellee confessed error and agreed to an order of reversal. Error having been confessed, the judgment appealed is hereby reversed.-

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
