Keith v. Keith

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

By this appeal review is sought of a Final Judgment denying reformation of a deed in an action brought by the widow of the grantee named in the deed against the deceased grantee’s son by a prior marriage. We find that under the circumstances of this case as revealed by the record the learned trial judge did not err in denying reformation.

AFFIRMED.

BOYER, C. J., and RAWLS and McCORD, JJ., concur.
