PER CURIAM.

We have carefully considered this appeal upon the briefs, record and oral argument. *839There was substantial competent evidence to support the jury’s verdict, and we are unauthorized to substitute a contrary view concerning the weight of the evidence. No prejudicial error has otherwise been demonstrated.

AFFIRMED.
