Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Relator seeks the issuance of the extraordinary writ of prohibition. After careful consideration of the fundamental grounds and circumstances which must of necessity be present to justify the granting of the writ, the Suggestion for Writ of Prohibition is denied. This decision is rendered without prejudice to the relator to pursue other existing, adequate remedies.

DENIED.

BOARDMAN, C. J., and McNULTY and GRIMES, JJ., concur.
