Azalea Gardens Apartments, 333 So.2d 48 (Fla. 2nd DCA 1976); Industrial Supply Corporation *742of Orlando v. Sea World of Florida, Inc., 314 So.2d 643 (Fla. 4th DCA 1975); Ceco Corporation v. Goldberg, 219 So.2d 475 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1969).
