PER CURIAM.

The order appealed from in these consolidated cases dated September 17,1976, denying appellant’s Motion for Change of Venue is reversed upon authority of Game & Fresh Water Fish Com’n v. Carlile, 341 So.2d 1015 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977). The cause is remanded with directions to transfer the case to the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida.

REVERSED AND REMANDED, with directions.
