Lampa v. Blue Cross of Florida, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided July 26, 1977 · Cross, Letts, Mager
348 So. 2d 1213; 1977 Fla. App. LEXIS 15993 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Lampa v. Blue Cross of Florida, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon review and consideration of the record we are of the opinion that the judgment sought to be reviewed is neither a final judgment subject to a plenary appeal nor within the category of orders subject to an interlocutory appeal, under Rule 4.2, Fla. App.R. Furthermore, finding no basis in the record to provide review by way of common law certiorari, the subject appeal is dismissed.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

MAGER, C. J., and CROSS and LETTS, JJ., concur.
