The judgment of the circuit court is AFFIRMED. The petition for review is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction, without prejudice to proceedings in the Circuit Court of Duval County. Alford v. Duval Co. School Board, 324 So.2d 174 (Fla. 1st DCA 1975).
