Augustyniak v. Augustyniak

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

ALDERMAN, J., and GREEN, OLIVER L., Jr., Associate Judge, concur. DAUKSCH, J., dissents, with opinion.

Dissenting Opinion

DAUKSCH, Judge,

dissenting:

I recognize the trial court has retained jurisdiction of this matter to reconsider and modify the judgment of permanent alimony but I feel an award of rehabilitative alimony would have been more proper in this case. It would provide some incentive to the wife which might not otherwise result. Therefore I respectfully dissent.
