Pope v. Stough
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided December 20, 1977 · Alderman, Anstead, Downey
353 So. 2d 1198; 1977 Fla. App. LEXIS 16911 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Pope v. Stough

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We have studied the briefs and record in this case and find no reversible error demonstrated by the points raised on appeal. Our review of the record indicates to us that appellant adduced evidence in support of his legal position and that the trial court on controverted evidence decided the issue against appellant.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

ALDERMAN, C. J., and DOWNEY and ANSTEAD, JJ., concur.
