James v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided December 9, 1977 · Danahy, Grimes, Scheb
364 So. 2d 729; 1977 Fla. App. LEXIS 16873 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

James v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court. However, the present sentence does not specify the amount of credit for time served as Section 921.161(1), Florida Statutes (1975) requires. Brooks v. State, 349 *730So.2d 794 (Fla.2d DCA 1977). Therefore, we remand the case for correction of sentence, and appellant need not be present at that time.

GRIMES, Acting C. J., and SCHEB and DANAHY, JJ., concur.
