Shaw v. Palm Beach Lincoln Mercury, Inc.

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute. Appellee in its brief agrees that appellants are correct and joins in appellants’ request that the order of the trial court be reversed.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
