Upon consideration of the record on appeal and briefs of counsel for the respective parties, we modify the order on appeal by deleting therefrom any reference as to insurance coverage for Doctors Hospital of Lake Worth by Florida Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association. In all other respects the order appealed is affirmed.
