Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

After oral argument and upon review of the briefs and the record on appeal, we find the trial court erred in confirming an arbitration award during the pendency of appellant’s motion to vacate the award. See Section 682.12 et seq., Florida Statutes (1975). Accordingly, the order confirming the arbitration award is REVERSED.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
