Seligman of Florida, Inc. v. Rugg

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellees sued for specific performance or in the alternative to recover their deposits on two condominium apartments. Ap-pellees abandoned the count for specific performance and the trial court found for the appellees on the second count for restitution.

We have fully considered appellant’s contentions but find on this record that the judgment appealed from should be affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY, C. J., ANSTEAD, J., and SIL-VERTOOTH, LYNN N., Associate Judge, concur.
