Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s conviction. However, we remand the case for the trial court to correct the Uniform Commitment to Custody form. The phrase “Jail Credit Since 10/27/78” should be changed to read “Jail Credit Since 10/27/77.” Appellant need not be present for this purpose.
