Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the record, including the briefs filed by counsel for the respective parties, and consideration of oral arguments, we affirm the final judgment entered by the trial court. In doing so, we hold, as the trial court found, that the grievance is the proper subject to be submitted to arbitration. We do not consider or pass upon the merits of the grievance.

BOARDMAN, Acting C. J., and OTT and RYDER, JJ., concur.
