Kosowsky v. Kosowsky
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided November 15, 1978 · Booth, Ervin, Mills
364 So. 2d 519; 1978 Fla. App. LEXIS 17027 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Kosowsky v. Kosowsky

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon considering the briefs, the record, and oral argument, and upon reconsidering appellee’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction which the Court previously denied, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Judge Riegle’s order of 18 January 1978 was a final order from which appellant failed to timely appeal.

MILLS, Acting C. J., and ERVIN and BOOTH, JJ., concur.
