Bowers v. United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The appellant brings for review, by way of interlocutory appeal, an order entered by the trial court granting the motion of United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company for summary judgment on the issue of its alleged liability.

Upon considering the briefs, the record and oral argument, we find the order appealed from is without error, and the same is AFFIRMED.

McCORD, C. J., and MELVIN and BOOTH, JJ., concur.
