Hunt Truck Sales & Service, Inc. v. Holopak Village, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order awarding attorneys’ fees to defendants as the prevailing party in an action to enforce a mechanic’s lien. The award was pursuant to Section 713.29, Florida Statutes. We have considered each of the eleven points raised by appellant — plaintiff in its brief and find them to be without merit.

AFFIRMED.

ANSTEAD and DAUKSCH, JJ., and RIVKIND, LEONARD, Associate Judge, concur.
