Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellants, contestants below, join in this appeal to urge that the trial court improperly assessed costs against them. We agree and reverse.

In the absence of statutory authority or agreement between the parties, the trial court had no authority to assess costs against them.

REVERSED.
