Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

ANSTEAD and DAUKSCH, JJ., concur. CROSS, J., dissents with opinion.

Dissenting Opinion

CROSS, Judge,

dissenting:

I respectfully dissent. The appeal is from an order granting a rehearing on “remaining issues,” which order I consider to be non-appealable. Therefore, I would dismiss the appeal.
