374 So. 2d 57; 1979 Fla. App. LEXIS 15633 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

C. E. S. v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

ROBERT P. SMITH, Jr., J., and HENRY CLAY MITCHELL, Jr., Associate Judge, concur. MILLS, C. J., dissents.

Dissenting Opinion

MILLS, Chief Judge,

dissenting:

I would reverse that part of the Order of Disposition which requires appellant/father to pay child support to the mother during the child’s visitations with him. In my view there is no authority in law or equity for such a requirement. See generally Patterson v. Patterson, 348 So.2d 592 (Fla. 1st PCA 1977).
