Opinion of the Court
Appellants seek reversal of a summary final judgment in favor of the appellees in an action for personal injuries sustained as the result of a defective tire which was on the automobile in which appellants were riding. We find error and reverse on the authority of West v. Caterpillar Tractor Company, Inc., 336 So.2d 80 (Fla. 1976),
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
