International Insurance Co. v. Ballon

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this petition for certiorari, or alternatively for prohibition, petitioner seeks review of the trial court’s proposal to destroy certain notes taken by the jury. We are how advised that the notes are in the custody of the Circuit Court Clerk and have been placed under seal. Upon the representation that the notes will remain intact and be available for review in the event of a plenary appeal, we deny the petition.

CERTIORARI DENIED.

DOWNEY, C. J., and LETTS and MOORE, JJ., concur.
