Longo v. General Electric Credit Corp.
Longo v. General Electric Credit Corp.
374 So. 2d 1083; 1979 Fla. App. LEXIS 15742
(Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Longo v. General Electric Credit Corp.
Opinion of the Court
AFFIRMED.
Dissenting Opinion
(dissenting).
I dissent. The record presents an issue of fact as to the relationship between Puritan Insurance Company and General Electric Credit Corporation and as to General Electric Credit Corporation’s involvement in the repossession and the alleged torts. I would therefore reverse the trial court’s order of summary judgment in favor of defendant General Electric Credit Corporation.
