State v. Long
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided September 6, 1979 · Bera, Downey, Letts, Nek
374 So. 2d 1115; 1979 Fla. App. LEXIS 15472 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State v. Long

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The State seeks reversal of an order suppressing evidence due to an unlawful search and seizure.

Our consideration of the briefs, including a study of the entire record, leaves us with the conviction that no reversible error has been demonstrated. Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY, C. J., and LETTS and BERA-NEK, JJ., concur.
