PER CURIAM.

The petition for habeas corpus (delayed appeal) is GRANTED. Hollingshead v. Wainwright, 194 So.2d 577 (Fla. 1967). The appeal is without merit. Fla.R.App.P. 9.140(g).

AFFIRMED.
