PER CURIAM.

Our study of the briefs of the parties and consideration of the record convince us that *450the appellants have failed to demonstrate any reversible error in the decision of the Hearing Officer of the Division of Administrative Hearings. Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
