Franchi v. Florida Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, Board of Review
Franchi v. Florida Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, Board of Review
378 So. 2d 851; 1979 Fla. App. LEXIS 15990
(Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Franchi v. Florida Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, Board of Review
Opinion of the Court
Upon review of the record we find that the order of the Board of Review affirming the decision of an appeals referee which had denied the appellant unemployment compensation benefits is not supported by competent, substantial evidence. Accordingly, the decision of the Board is reversed with directions that an order be entered granting appellant’s claim.
