Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the non-final Order dated May 18, 1979 insofar as it permits the Appellee to retain possession of the property recited in the Order. However, we decline to pass on the issue of ownership of such property as the determination by the trial court of the ownership issue appears to be premature.
