The summary judgment under review is reversed because the defendants-appellees failed to establish conclusively that the plaintiff-appellant did not have the right of first refusal to purchase certain real property, which was the basis of the action below. Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla. 1966).
